Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory HR at Cama Group located in Guwahati. The Factory HR will be responsible for managing human resources functions, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring employee benefits are managed effectively, and overseeing personnel management.

Daily tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and facilitating training and development programs. The role demands strict adherence to labor laws and company policies, and close collaboration with other departments to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, Employee Benefits knowledge
• Experience in Handling Blue collar personnels
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle conflict resolution
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
