Job Description Role: Senior Executive - HRBP (Contract) Contract Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year Location: Mumbai, Delhi - NCR, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Nashik, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Cochin, Bangalore Work Days: 6 Days (5 Days - WFO, 1 Day - WFH) Travel Requirement: Candidates will be required to travel within the state to visit various PODs. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the role of Warehouse Manpower Management. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in managing manpower within a warehouse setting, with a focus on overseeing agencies for POD (Point of Delivery) manpower. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee manpower agencies for POD operations. Ensure timely closure of documents for new joiners. Assist in conducting candidate interviews, selection, and the onboarding process. Coordinate with various manpower agencies for smooth operations. Ensure retention of POD manpower and manage engagement initiatives at the POD level in collaboration with store managers and agencies. Stay informed about competitive salary structures in the market to maintain competitive pay scales. Oversee the life cycle management of POD manpower, including handling pay-out queries and incentive calculations. Manage and process pay-outs effectively. Maintain accurate data records and generate reports to be shared with relevant stakeholders. Required Experience and Skills: Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate in Human Resources, MSW, or related fields. Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on effective coordination. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
