As a Senior Executive, HR Management at Eldyne, a pioneer in modernised digital and automated Railway Signalling Systems based in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the people function during a transformative phase. Your responsibilities will not only involve routine HR tasks but also shaping systems, driving compliance, and rebuilding processes to ensure long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and implementing people initiatives. - Assist in drafting and executing HR policies, SOPs, and appraisal systems tailored to business needs. - Maintain accurate HR documentation, databases, and MIS reports to ensure timely and precise information. - Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering clarity, transparency, and responsiveness. - Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and statutory bodies as needed. - Provide analytical insights on workforce data to facilitate decision-making processes. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors. - Schooling in an English-medium environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali/Hindi is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a lean team setup with a high level of accountability. - Proficiency in Excel and documentation with a hands-on approach. - Comfortable with change management and establishing new HR systems and processes. - Demonstrated resilience, trustworthiness, and alignment with values of integrity, discipline, and responsibility.,
