Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Human Resources department in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. Your responsibilities will involve sourcing and screening resumes through various channels, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, managing candidate communications, maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), participating in recruitment drives and employer branding activities, and providing feedback to candidates while supporting offer negotiation and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. - Source and screen resumes through various channels. - Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates fit (via phone, video, or in-person). - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. - Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth interview process. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding activities. - Provide feedback to candidates and support offer negotiation and onboarding. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1 - 3 years in a similar role. - Preference for candidates from Telecom or Construction industries.
