As a Sales Executive at our fast-growing startup with over 15,000 projects completed, you will play a crucial role in creating and closing new opportunities. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, ultimately leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects - Take ownership of the customer experience from the initial interaction onwards - Achieve sales targets by collaborating with a talented group of interior designers - Proactively solve problems, even those outside your immediate scope, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed - Demonstrate a commitment to providing a world-class customer experience - Lead alternate channels of sales such as residence visits, design/sales at show flats, and apartment activities - Embrace new initiatives and opportunities **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 1-5 years of sales experience - Strong listening and presentation abilities - Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills We are particularly interested in candidates who have a track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, and driving results swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
