Senior Executive Franchise Support & Student Engagement

As a Franchise Growth & Student Experience Associate at Reliance Animation Academy, your role will involve coordinating with franchise training centers, mentoring counselors and sales staff, reviewing and improving franchise-level counseling, serving as a bridge between franchisees and the Head Office, ensuring quality of academic processes, counseling walk-in students and parents, visiting colleges and universities for tie-ups, and handling additional assignments as required. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with franchise training centers for collecting and managing MIS reports - Mentor and monitor the performance of counselors and sales staff at franchise locations - Review and provide feedback to improve franchise-level counseling and conversion rates - Serve as a bridge between franchisees and the Head Office to address concerns and operational requests - Coordinate with the Academic Head to ensure quality and consistency of academic processes - Counsel walk-in students and parents at the Head Office regarding courses, admissions, and career paths - Visit colleges and universities for academic tie-ups and outreach initiatives - Handle any additional assignments given by the Business Head Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in student counseling, franchise management, or educational operations - Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities - Strong Communication and Sales skills - Ability to manage multi-location coordination and data tracking - Exposure to education sales, outreach, or industry partnerships is a plus - Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report generation - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred,
