Food Safety Management:
• Implement and monitor food safety plans (HACCP, FSSAI standards).• Conduct routine hygiene audits of the production and warehouse areas.• Ensure pest control effectiveness and corrective action follow-up.• Monitor hygiene compliance by production and warehouse staff.
Quality Control & Assurance:
• Conduct in-process checks for BIB/BIJ lines: sealing integrity, weight, batch printing, packaging quality, etc.• Perform incoming RM/PM and FG quality checks as per COA and specifications.• Lead internal audits and support external audits (FSSAI, ISO, customer).• Maintain accurate documentation (Batch Manufacturing Records, test logs, release notes).
Training & Awareness:
• Train staff and workers on GMP, GHP, food safety handling practices.• Conduct mock drills and scenario training for food safety deviations.
Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain and update SOPs, quality records, deviation logs, and traceability records.• Ensure traceability of materials and timely reconciliation.• Raise and manage NCs, CAPA, and follow-up closure with stakeholders.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct working experience in Food safety and quality
