Job Description

Aster Medcity is looking for Senior Executive - Food & Beverages to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Menu Planning: Collaborating with chefs or culinary teams to create and update menus that appeal to customers while considering cost - effective and seasonal ingredients. Supply Chain Management: Managing the procurement and supply of food and beverages, including negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the quality of ingredients. Quality Control: Ensuring that food and beverages meet quality and safety standards, including overseeing food preparation, presentation, and service. Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of chefs, servers, bartenders, and other F&B staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation. Customer Service: Focusing on providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Cost Control: Monitoring and managing the food and beverage budget, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability. Waste Management: Minimizing food and beverage wastage through efficient inventory management and portion control.
