  • Deliver superior customer service by providing in-depth product and service knowledge efficiently and respectfully
  • Responsible for reviewing and ordering HOI document, Vesting information and Payoff Statement.
  • Recognizing issues that involve privacy and security.
  • Must be able to take follow up on pending request.
  • Ensure customer interactions meet or exceed company standards for professionalism, problem-solving, and satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in system
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security standards
  • B2B calling offices for required document in order to complete the loan file

  • Multitasking: Able to create note (type) along with answering the call.
