EXIM, Insurance and Fund management

Loans & Investment

1.FD creation, renewal and report
2.Loans - working capital & CAPEX

3.Maintain daily bank balance

Export

1. Receiving and checking of Export Bill Sets Sending post shipment document to bank on the next day from day of receipt.
2. Checking all document handling and set filing Submission of shipping bills to Tax for GST refund .3. Duty drawback Bill wise report and clear all pending drawback 4. Convert RoDTEP Billwise to scrips and save custom cuty of import

5. Prepare ECGC return for exports on monthly basis and submit to ECGC dept .
6. Letter of Undertaking - Currency conversion7. Issuance of Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate 8. Utilisation of Exports Incentives & licences - Document submission to Purchase9. Bill closure & issuance of BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate)

IMPORT

1. Payment of import advance and submit TT copy to purchase dept
2. Bill of entry submission and clearance at bank 3. Letter of Credit opening, DAN submission, document clearance from bank 4. Import payment entry booking in SAP 5. Booking custom duty and payment

TREASURY

1. Forex booking and hedging

2. Exchange rate maintenance in SAP

3. Revaluation of foreign currency accounts

INSURANCE

1. Travel Insurance

2. Stock Insurance

3. Marine Insurance
4. Vehicle Insurance5. Personal Insurance

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification: CA (Inter)/MBA Fin/M.com

Score in 10th & 12th 70% or above
