Senior Executive -EHS Environment, Health & Safety

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive in EHS to join our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility at Jadcherla . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, General Safety, Fire and Safety operations, and safety practices in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and HAZOP studies Monitor and manage EHS operations, hazardous waste handling , and disposal as per norms Conduct incident/accident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions Drive safety awareness programs , trainings, and emergency preparedness drills Maintain and update EHS documentation and reports for internal and external audits Liaise with local regulatory bodies and facilitate inspections Support continuous improvement initiatives in occupational health, fire safety, and environmental sustainability Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Environmental Science / Chemistry / Industrial Safety or relevant field Certifications: Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred) Experience: 48 years in EHS, preferably in pharma manufacturing (OSD exposure preferred) Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and EHS management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO 45001) Excellent communication and coordination skills Perks and Benefits: Competitive Salary Package Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Medical Insurance Learning & Development Opportunities Transport Facility (if applicable) How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply directly through Naukri or send their updated CV to Prashanthkumar.V@hetero.com with the subject: Application for Senior Executive EHS | Jadcherla
