Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify & analyze
denials from EOBs & ERAs
Correct & resubmit
denied claims per payer guidelines
Communicate with payers
to resolve issues and recover payments
Track denial trends
& collaborate with RCM teams to prevent future denials
Manage multi-specialty denials
, including medical coding, authorization issues, and more

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years
of experience in denials management, healthcare billing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of
billing processes, payer requirements, and CARC/RARC codes
Detail-oriented problem solver
with excellent analytical skills
Effective communicator & negotiator
both written and verbal
Proficient in
healthcare billing software & Microsoft Office Suite
