Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Urban GCL
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case to case tracking.

Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinating with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt management, collections, or a related financial field.

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal guidelines for collections and repossession.

Demonstrated ability to manage portfolios and achieve collection targets.

Experience in risk management and reporting.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience in team leadership and vendor management is an advantage.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Experience coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
