Senior Executive - Data Research for Consumer Service Company

As a Senior Executive Data Research at our company, you will be responsible for conducting primary research projects focused on Market Research, particularly in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Strong understanding of end-to-end primary research processes, including study design, questionnaire development, survey execution, and data validation. - Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that align with business and brand strategy. - Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methodologies, with experience in real-time studies. - Exposure to shopper research and various study types such as Usage & Attitude (U&A), brand health, and concept testing. - Skilled in developing and presenting topline summaries and insight decks tailored for different stakeholders. - Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams for research design, objectives, and outcomes alignment. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing custom research projects from objective framing to final reporting. - Analyzing raw datasets to identify key trends and convert findings into clear, actionable insights. - Coordinating with field teams, tech teams, and clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely output delivery. - Adapting research tools to meet evolving project requirements. - Supporting proposal development, costing, feasibility checks, and project timelines. - Translating client briefs into efficient research designs and interpreting business implications from the findings. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12 years of hands-on experience in primary market research, preferably in CPG/FMCG sectors. - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data interpretation and presentation creation. - Familiarity with analytical tools like SPSS, Tableau, and Power BI is an added advantage. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
