Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive to lead our Client Servicing team in MICE Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective client servicing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and service improvement initiatives.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with client servicing, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in the travel industry, with a focus on MICE operations.
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends, with the ability to develop tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Experience working with CRM software and other tools used in client servicing.
