You are looking for a street smart IT sales aspirant for an Assistant Manager role based in Bangalore. The designation is Assistant Manager reporting to AVP, and the location includes Bangalore (Bagmane Tech Park), Mumbai, and Pune, following a hybrid model. You should be a sales aspirant with 6-7 years of experience in a hardcore sales role. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling teams, achieving set goals and targets, be travel savvy, have an entrepreneurial mindset, exposure in handling large ticket accounts, attending events, P&L responsibilities, sales funneling, demand generation, and a passion for sales and numbers. A techno-commercial person with a background in solution selling in Data & Analytics, App engineering, Low code, Quality Assurance, etc. **Responsibilities:** - Meeting with clients to determine their needs, discussing products and services, and closing deals. - Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth, including identifying new markets for existing products or developing new products for untapped markets. - Managing the company's relationships with current customers and building relationships with potential clients to generate new business. - Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals.
