Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive of Car Loans, located in Kollam Taluka. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the car loan operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing loan disbursements, and handling customer queries. The role requires coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Processing, Customer Service, and Financial Analysis
• Knowledge of Vehicle Financing, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Financial Software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
