Job description:
1. ITR and Slow Moving Inventory Management
2. Coordinate Cost Audit and Statutory audit compliance
3. Preparation of Plant Profitability
4. Participate in Annual Budgeting process
5. Participate in Physical stock count process
6. Monthly Yield Monitoring, Material Usage Variance Analysis
7. Preparation of actual and Budgeted overhead rates
8. Monthly monitoring and analysis of Expenses vs Budget
9. Warehouse and Sourcing saving analysis on monthly basis.
10. Participating in various CEP / Cost reduction / Cost optimization initiatives of Sourcing process
11. Monthly & Quarterly MIS on RM / PM Cost
12. Budget V/s Actual RM Cost Variance Analysis [both Price Variance and Usage Variance]
13. Trend Analysis of Key RM Cost per kg Vendor Source Wise
14. Monitoring of COPQ [Cost of Poor Quality] and monthly reporting
15. Preparation of checking ALM Report for Key Inputs
16. Support as CO Reviewer for RM / PM / Other material POs which are routed through Sourcing process for approval
17. Regular tracking of FP product cost and anticipate the future impact due to RM/PM price fluctuation.
18. End-to-end coordination of Management report and Sales/profitability Variance analysis. Ensure that all reasons for contribution change are identified and documented.
19. Coordinate with ROCE team for Sales and Contribution analysis.
20. Coordinate with Stakeholder to identify the areas for automation
21. Support the Digitalisation and automation activities
22. Planning and tracking schedule of activities of digitalisation projects
23. Monitor risks, flag delays, and escalate problems to the project manager when necessary.
24. Documentation of automation process
25. Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other key documents.
26. Act as the liaison between team members, stakeholders, and consultant to ensure everyones aligned
