Responsibilities - Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads using various methods such as referrals, cold calling, and digital media. - B2B Sales (Corporate Sales): Acquire new clients and sign up new accounts to drive business growth. - Market Development and Revenue Generation: Meet aggressive sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to contribute to the company's growth. - On-time Renewals of Service Agreements: Ensure timely renewal of service agreements with clients. - Adherence to Reporting: Maintain accurate records and regularly update the CRM tool to track sales activities. - Market Mapping and Client Relationship Management: Identify market opportunities, drive sales, and build strong relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat or referral business. - Strong Market Connect and Communication Skills: Develop a deep understanding of the market, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively with clients. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 4-8 years of experience in the Travel Industry with a strong understanding of the travel business. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for business growth. - Focused, goal-oriented, and dedicated to achieving targets.,
