Job Summary:

Responsible for driving B2B and industrial sales across the Southern region, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving business targets. The role requires active field engagement, understanding of industrial products (preferably chemicals/pigments), and proficiency in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned Southern territories.
• Develop new business opportunities in

  B2B and industrial segments

• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic inputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, and quality) for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per credit policy.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events.
• Travel extensively across the Southern region as per business requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Experience:

  5-7 years of experience in

  B2B / Industrial Sales

  , preferably in the

  Chemical or Pigments industry

  .

• Language Proficiency:

  Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada (mandatory for effective regional communication).

• Skills Required:
