Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – B2B Field Sales & Servicing, located in Mengio. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, showcasing IndiaMART's offerings, and closing sales deals to meet targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolving queries efficiently while contributing to business growth by providing feedback and market insights to the management team.

• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly
• Knowledge in B2B sales, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
• Problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to achieve targets
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Graduation or equivalent educational background (MBA or relevant courses are a plus)
• Experience in the B2B or marketplace environment is preferred
