Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Executive - AR with 1-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management services and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.
Develop and implement effective strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management on areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records and reports, including aging analysis and credit control metrics.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
