Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Senior Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in the Healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes for timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Implement and maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for client and stakeholder interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
