Senior Executive - Application

As a Production Support and Release Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and timely releases of the applications under your care. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, managing, measuring, and reporting on key service-level metrics. - Striving for continuous improvement of incident management processes and their integration with other IT operations management processes. - Building and maintaining relationships with all IT units to exceed IT-delivered services and end-user productivity goals. - Performing collaboration sessions and developing action plans for knowledge transfer from the application development team for new releases. - Conducting trend analyses, developing action plans to improve service timeliness, and reduce costs. - Contributing to problem solutioning, change, release, knowledge, and ensuring Business Continuity Planning/Disaster Recovery activities are planned and conducted. - Tracking the resolution of all open issues and participating in solutioning team for war room discussions. - Managing audit queries related to the Production environment. In order to excel in this role, you must have the following mandatory skills: - Prior experience in production support roles. - Strong knowledge of application stack. - Extensive experience in lending/digital lending support. - Deep knowledge of Oracle/SQL and server-side technology/architecture. - Thorough understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and clustering. - Proficient troubleshooting skills.,
