Senior Executive Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Office Management:This includes tasks like managing the office space, maintaining supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Media Administrator:This role involves overseeing media projects, coordinating with various teams (marketing, creative, etc.)
• Advertising Administrator:Managing advertising campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and analyzing campaign results.
• Broadcast Officer:Working in a broadcast environment, potentially coordinating studio logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth technical operations.
• Communication:Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, both internally and externally.
• Scheduling and Logistics:Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodations, and coordinating events.
• Record Keeping:Organizing and maintaining files, both in paper and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Financial Administration:Processing invoices, purchase orders, and potentially managing budgets for specific projects or departments.
• Human Resources Support:Assisting with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and potentially supporting recruitment efforts.
• Policy Implementation:Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
