We are hiring a Senior Executive – Administration (Personal Assistant to MD & CEO) to join our existing team 

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: - Ahmedabad (work from office only)

Job Responsibilities

1. Calendar Management - Organize and maintain schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

2. Communication Handling - Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

3. Document Preparation - Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

4. File Management: Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.

5. Personal Task Coordination - Execute personal tasks such as arranging appointments, coordinating personal services, and managing daily errands efficiently and professionally.

6. Vendor Liaison - Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery for household and property needs.

7. Event Planning - Organize and coordinate personal and professional events, handling logistics and vendor management.

8. Travel Arrangements- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business and personal trips.

9. Financial Administration- Monitor and track expenses, process invoices, and manage reimbursements related to personal and business activities.

10. Confidentiality and Discretion - Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and act as a trusted representative for the executive.
