Senior Events Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Event Coordinator to join our team at Algebra Colours. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creative flair, and proven experience in handling corporate, social, and commercial events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events, exhibitions, and activations in line with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics, décor, technical setup, and other event essentials.
• Supervise on-site event operations including setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all event deliverables.
• Prepare post-event reports and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor junior event staff where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in event coordination or event management.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as per event needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
