Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Event Planner, based in Pune. The Senior Event Planner will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, including liaising with clients, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring events meet high standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising event teams, developing timelines, and ensuring seamless event delivery aligned with client goals.

• Proficient in budgeting and financial management to optimize event resources.
• Sales abilities with a strategic approach to securing event-related business opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in supervising teams and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is a plus.
