Senior ESG Reporting Lead

As a Senior ESG Reporting Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the development, implementation, and reporting of our global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading ESG and EHS data collection, validation, assurance, and reporting across global operations. - Overseeing compliance and reporting as per the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). - Coordinating reporting for California Climate Bills, including greenhouse gas emissions and climate-related financial risk disclosures. - Developing and maintaining systems for EHS data reporting and trending, ensuring accurate tracking of environmental, health, and safety metrics. - Implementing data assurance and validation protocols for ESG and EHS data accuracy and audit readiness. - Supporting the management of the ESG database platform and contributing to climate risk studies and regulatory disclosures. - Assisting in the development of the annual Sustainability Report and monitoring compliance with emerging ESG legislation. Qualifications for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or related field (masters preferred). - 5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles. - Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, EHS data management, and familiarity with relevant regulations. - Experience with ESG and EHS data platforms, reporting tools, and assurance processes. - Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred experience includes familiarity with climate risk modeling, multinational company experience, and knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting standards.
