Senior Environmental Engineer

You are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Environment Management Lead to join Claruim's team. Your role will involve working closely with the Environments Support manager on scheduling changes, coordinating dependencies, and overseeing pre-production environments. You will lead a team responsible for supporting and maintaining pre-production environments, while also focusing on release process orchestration, build and deployment automation, and configuration management. Key Responsibilities: - Release Process Orchestration - Experience in Build, Deployment & Environment Management - CI / CD Build & Deploy automation - Oversight and coordination of changes deployed to QA environments - Configuration Automation - Real-time single view Release dashboards - Provide DevOps process definition and establish defect prioritization forum - Ensure proper change documentation & knowledge transfer - Intermediate knowledge in SCM tools like ServiceNow and Jira - Conduct Review calls with Client Infra and Application Team - Assess current state and identify opportunities for automation - Design and implement a framework for task categorization and prioritization - Track outstanding defects and create necessary dashboards and alerts - Work with SRE leads / Ops leads for Automation user stories backlog Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required - Master's degree is preferred Skills and Experience Required: Project management skills: - 5+ years leading a team - Experience supporting multiple concurrent work efforts - Familiarity with project coordination tools - Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle processes - Experience in supporting testing environments for new applications - Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Program management skills: - 10+ years leading a team - Experience in supporting multiple concurrent work efforts - Proficiency with project coordination tools - Software engineering experience with languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working on multiple assignments - Experience with Container Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift Note: No additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
