Job Description

Experience:

Role & Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Jira Align, and Atlassian Enterprise Cloud platforms.
Manage and optimize workflows, permissions, issue types, automation rules, dashboards, and reports to support Agile teams.
Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems using Atlassian API endpoints and scripting (e.g., Python, REST APIs).
Collaborate with global business units to troubleshoot and resolve system incidents promptly.
Support Agile project management processes aligned with SAFe methodology.
Maintain user access, roles, and security configurations across multiple Atlassian instances.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance tool adoption.
Document system configurations, policies, and best practices for easy maintenance and onboarding.
Proactively identify system issues, performance gaps, and opportunities for automation or improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning and Jama integration within Atlassian environments.
Prior experience working in a large-scale enterprise or multi-project Agile environment.
Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Cloud Administrator, Atlassian Certified Expert) added advantage.
Strong service-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
