Job Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager for Finance Platforms, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams focused on SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions
You will drive technology strategy, oversee solution delivery, and ensure best practices in architecture, development, and integration across our finance landscape

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor teams delivering solutions in SAP OTC within Finance Platforms across Invoicing, Collections, Disputes, Credits processes

Own end-to-end delivery of critical finance technology initiatives for SAP BRIM/CI and SD modules

Drive solution design, high-level architecture, and roadmap definition

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Define and enforce engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and compliance standards

Build a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Develop POCs for new finance technology capabilities and assess emerging trends

Plan capacity, recruit talent, and represent the team in internal/external technology forums

Technical Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in SAP Finance domains with strong expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes and integrations

Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance Order to Cash process and BRIM/CI and SD modules
(Billing and Revenue Innovation Management, SAP Convergent Invoicing, Sales and Distribution)

Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP implementations and upgrades

Strong understanding of finance processes, compliance, and controls in a global enterprise environment

Familiarity with cloud integration platforms, APIs, and event-driven architecture

Experience working with high-volume, performance-sensitive finance systems

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, automation, and DevOps in SAP environments

Experienced in building and leading high-performing engineering teams in ERP/SAP domains

Strong communicator with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions

Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results

Advocate for inclusive team culture and people development

Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and influencing at scale

Comfortable driving end-to-end architecture and roadmap for Finance technology platforms
