Role Purpose
The Intune and Defender Administrator is responsible for ensuring a secure and well-managed endpoint environment. This includes administration of Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure Active Directory, mobile applications, and endpoint security.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
Device & User Management
- Enroll and manage devices (Windows, Android, iOS, Mac) via Intune.
- Deploy and assign applications.
- Manage device profiles, conditional access, company resource access, and software updates.
Security & Threat Protection
- Configure and maintain security policies in Intune and Defender.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents.
- Implement endpoint protection, BitLocker encryption, and Microsoft Security Baselines.
- Use Defender for 365, Sentinel, and other MS Cloud security tools.
Azure Administration
- Provision and configure Azure resources (VMs, storage, databases, networks).
- Monitor performance and health.
- Implement security and cost-saving strategies.
Compliance & Configuration
- Ensure devices meet security standards.
- Implement configuration policies and manage endpoint settings.
- Handle Autopilot and OS/software update troubleshooting.
Automation & Troubleshooting
- Use PowerShell for automation.
- Diagnose and resolve device enrollment, policy, and security issues.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with IT teams to enhance device health and security.
- Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.

Qualification
: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS/IT) -
Experience
: Minimum 4 years -
Certifications Preferred
: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate), MS-500 (Security Administrator Associate)
