Job Description

Infrastructure Setup and Monitoring

Install and configure IT infrastructure required for conducting exams, including server rooms, networks (LAN/WAN), routing, switching, subnetting, and associated hardware and software systems.
Monitor security measures to safeguard exam data and ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
Ensure the availability, stability, and optimal functionality of IT systems during mock exams and on exam days.

Operational Efficiency

Suggest cost-saving measures across IT infrastructure and operations based on usage or service levels.
Ensure rapid troubleshooting and resolution of network and technical issues to minimize downtime during critical exam operations.
Identify and implement improvements in IT processes, technology utilization, and security measures to enhance efficiency and reduce system faults.
