Job Description

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Meet daily production targets by effective planning and hourly planning PDCA.
Should attend to equipment breakdowns (Minor downs)
Capable of generating Process flow, FMEA, knowledge in APQP process and Control plan documents.
Maintain shop floor 5S & Quality requirements of product
Adhere to IATF, TS16949, ISO14000, and safety system requirements
Closure of Internal and external Audit NCs.
Manpower planning
Cycle Time Study and bottle neck time reduction plan.
Equipment uptime improvement planning and execution
Continuous improvements
Waste elimination through Kaizen and Small group activities.
8D problem solving for internal and external customer complaints.
Preparation of Weekly MIS, BOS reports and facilitate FCR and PPAP builds
DOE (Design of Experiments)
Effective written and oral communication.
Implementation and upkeep of poke yokes
