Junior Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance

• Knowledge in Pneumatic, Electro pneumatics logics and knowledge about pneumatics components service
• Hand-on experience in Hydraulic circuits troubleshooting and knowledge in Hydraulic components and service.
• Should be able to read and draw Mechanical Assembly drawings, hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuits.
• Troubleshooting of machine breakdowns and rectifications.
• Maintenance knowledge on Hydraulic and Pneumatic Presses, Hydro-pneumatic cylinders, CNC machines spindle assembly, Index tables, Conveyors, Ovens, Ball screw assemblies, Torque gun, Pivot assemblies, CAM operation mechanisms, Greasing systems etc.
• Hands-on experience in angular contact bearing assemblies.
• Hands-on experience in AUTOCAD, MS office etc.
• Knowledge in Predictive maintenance, i.e. Vibration analysis.
• Exposer in why-Why analysis approach, kaizens etc.
• Basic knowledge in PLC.
• Interpersonal skills / Team player
• Exposure in 5S practices and Energy management systems.
• Awareness in industrial safety practices. EHS and system audit TS/IATF 16949
• Should be able to work without any assistance and assistance.

Typical Duties:

• Attend Breakdown maintenance, Analysis of Breakdown and identify the root cause, plan for kaizens.
• Completion of Preventive, Corrective & predictive maintenance activities on time.
• Restoration of machine original condition after completion of maintenance activities.
• Identifying Improvement points to improve MTBF & MTTR of machines
• Improving and retain the Machine Basic condition and 5S
• Implementation of improvements & poka-yokes
• Initiating spare cost saving and energy usage reduction activities.
• Updating daily activities in maintenance management system on time.
• Handling of internal customers like manufacturing, quality and safety departments for machine related issues
• Should be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
