About the Company:

TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD specializes in manufacturing and repairing power and distribution transformers with strong technical expertise in transformer technology.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience, preferably in the transformer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in-process inspections during various manufacturing stages: core assembly, coil winding, insulation, tanking, drying, and final assembly.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and resolve process deviations and non-conformities through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, design, and testing teams to maintain quality compliance.
• Verify and approve critical parameters including coil dimensions, clearances, clamping pressure, insulation checks, and brazing quality.
• Monitor key process parameters such as vacuum drying, oil filling, and heat treatment.
• Conduct in-process audits, prepare daily quality reports, and present findings to management.
• Maintain quality documentation aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and lead quality improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Participate actively in customer, third-party, and certifying body audits.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and QA inspectors.
