Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management

Prepare, review, and administer contracts for construction, consultancy, and vendor services.
Evaluate tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance.
Manage pre-contract and post-contract activities including bid evaluation, negotiation, and finalization.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms and mitigate risks related to cost, time, and quality.
Maintain proper documentation for all contractual correspondences and approvals.

2. Commercial & Cost Control

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Evaluate and certify contractors running and final bills.
Conduct rate analysis and manage change orders, variations, and claims.
Support management in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.

3. Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with hospital design standards, safety norms, and quality specifications.
Track project progress, highlight risks or deviations, and support timely resolution.
Participate in project review meetings and prepare commercial progress reports.

4. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., NABH, Fire, Pollution, Electrical).
Maintain audit-ready documentation for contracts, payments, and approvals.
Support due diligence and vendor evaluation processes.
