Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Construction Schedule at a micro-level using Microsoft Project (MSP) for both base building and interior works.

Conduct Baseline Fixing for all project schedules to establish performance targets.

Perform resource loading within the MSP program and proactively track the schedule against the baseline to ensure adherence to timelines.

Monitor and analyze project progress by conducting regular follow-ups with all site engineers and comparing actual progress against the planned schedule.

Identify potential delays, analyze schedule impacts, and recommend corrective actions to the project management team.

Conduct site visits on a need basis to verify reported progress, assess site conditions, and ensure alignment between scheduled activities and on-the-ground execution.

Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of the construction program.

Preferred candidate profile

Having 3 + years of experience in planning in Real Estate & Construction or any other similar sector
