Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieve the plant mechanical KPIs as per management target
Able to drive the team efficiently
Responsible for condition based and scheduled maintenance of all equipment to avoid production loss due to breakdown and minimization of repair time
Continuous review of preventive maintenance practices and timely up gradation to ensure zero breakdowns
Abnormality recorded through daily checklist and notification creation in system for timely completion
Machine history recording and maintaining to Improving the Equipment life tracking,
Initiate the potential in house projects to improve the production and power saving
Spares planning and develop local spares, availability of critical spares by timely initiation and follow up
Ensure safe and healthy work environment to achieve zero accident target through HSE compliance adherence
Major shutdown activity, manpower, spares planning and timely execution
Root cause analysis, FMEA and identify, implement the solution and maintained in system tracking
Develop the SOP for the critical activities in mechanical department
Organizes and conducts timely and high-quality training for employees for their skill development

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering
Good experience in modern maintenance concepts
preferably in Crushers, Ball Mills, mineral processing equipment
8-10 years of experience in plant maintenance preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Should Leadership and management skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Safety and ISO 9001 knowledge
Maximum Budget 8.5 LPA for the deserving candidate
Should be willing to work out of Vizag Location.
