Job Description: Senior Engineer L1

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end (React, JavaScript) and back-end services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated and reliable deployments.
• Utilize and manage services on AWS, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Champion a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach, ensuring comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
• Manage source code, collaborate with team members, and oversee version control using GitHub.
• Use project management tools like Jira for task tracking, bug reporting, and sprint planning.
• Work proficiently in the Visual Studio Code development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications (All Mandatory)

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Languages & Frameworks:
• Deep expertise in Java and JavaScript.
• Proven experience developing front-end applications with React.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
• Proficiency in managing and orchestrating applications with Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with AWS services.
• A strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Extensive experience with GitHub for version control.
• Proficiency with Jira for project management.
• Experience with Visual Studio Code as a primary IDE.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
