Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer - Industrial Engineering located in Gurugram. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for evolving time standards, evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, implementing process improvements, and working on custom-built electrical systems. They will analyze production data, develop efficient systems, and communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
• Proficiency in Process Improvement and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Previous experience in the electrical switchgear industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• 3-5 years of experience of time study in panel manufactirng with MOST or MTM is key requirement
