Job Description

Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating industrial processes, systems and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsible for ensure Monthly Time deviation are within Targets.

Measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes according to set key performance metrics

Establish production plans annually and per request that include capacity, head count, layout and space with capex avoidance measures in mind.

Responsible to do standard calculation base for the operational resource planning.

Your Profile

Bachelors of Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing sector preferably in PCB/ Semiconductor industry.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Sound decision making and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, statistical software packages and CAD software
