SENIOR ENGINEER INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating industrial processes, systems and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for ensure Monthly Time deviation are within Targets.
• Measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes according to set key performance metrics
• Establish production plans annually and per request that include capacity, head count, layout and space with capex avoidance measures in mind.
• Responsible to do standard calculation base for the operational resource planning.

Your Profile

• Bachelors of Engineering with minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing sector preferably in PCB/ Semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Sound decision making and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, statistical software packages and CAD software.
