Job Description

Senior Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct snag lists for finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, and false ceilings.
Perform de-snagging activities to rectify defects identified during inspections.
Ensure proper waterproofing of buildings through application of appropriate coatings or membranes.
Execute flooring works using various materials such as ceramic tiles, marble, PVC, etc.
Work in
close coordination with the CRM team
for snag closing and handover processes.
Oversee high rise building finishing projects from start to finish.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-8 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in finishing work (plastering, painting).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering required.
Strong knowledge of BS codes and IS standards for construction projects.
