Senior Engineer - Finishing

Role Overview: As a Finishing Supervisor, your role will involve strong supervision of various finishing jobs including brick work, plumbing, putty, tiles, granite, aluminum window, door frame & shutter, paint, false ceiling, waterproofing, high-end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall cladding, and interior works. You will be responsible for reviewing discrepancies with drawings and taking corrective measures, ensuring contractor bills align with the drawings, and closing snagging and de-snagging points within the specified time frame. Your expertise will be crucial in recommending construction procedure changes for enhanced efficiency and understanding project schedules to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will play a significant role in planning, estimation, and the handover of flats to final customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise finishing works in projects with a keen eye for detail - Oversee mock-up flat finishing jobs - Maintain site control by effectively coordinating with the construction team, sub-contractors, and laborers to enhance project productivity Qualifications Required: - Experience in finishing works within projects - Experience in mock-up flat finishing jobs - Strong ability to manage site control with construction team, sub-contractors, and laborers to ensure project success Candidates with experience in Aluform/MIVAN shuttering finishing projects and conventional shuttering finishing projects would have an advantage. A background in the real estate industry is preferred for this role.,
