Job Title: L2 Network Engineer – Data
Experience: 3 to 6 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and certified L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in routing, switching, and product support across leading network platforms. The ideal candidate will be CCNA certified and proficient in managing network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and ITSM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot Routing & Switching issues across enterprise networks.
Provide Level 2 support for network products including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba.Implement and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Site24x7.Handle incident and change management using ServiceNow (ITSM).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability and performance.Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
CCNA Certification is mandatory.
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols.Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba product support.Exposure to NAC solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass) is a plus.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.Proficient in using network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, Site24x7.Educational Qualification: Any degree with relevant hands-on experience.
