Senior Engineer (Civil)

Role Overview:
The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating construction site activities to ensure timely project execution, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and allocate tasks to site engineers and supervisors.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report to management.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise quality control, material usage, and work methods.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Review and verify measurements for billing and BOQ certification.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 0 -5 years of experience in construction/site management.
• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
