Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
BO Administrator:
The candidate will be responsible for a range of Business Objects (BO) administration activities. This includes working on BO admin-related queries and performing access reviews for the BO application. They will participate in daily stand-up calls to provide updates on their assigned tasks and collaborate with other teams such as BO Development and Infrastructure to gather necessary input or fulfill prerequisites. The role involves creating and maintaining plans for BO server upgrades, setting up BO servers for on boarding new customers, and troubleshooting BO server-related issues. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to monitor and clear server alerts, address application vulnerabilities, and prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation to support operational and compliance requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business analysts, support team, BO development team and other teams to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions. Provide support to business units by troubleshooting and resolving BO-related issues.

Qualifications :
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in SAP Business Objects (BO) administration activities, including server setup and report migration. They possess strong knowledge of SAP BO versions 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3, along with expertise in tools such as the Universe Design Tool and Information Design Tool. They are also familiar with Crystal Reports and have participated in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills. The candidate is proficient in PL/SQL and demonstrates strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. With a keen interest in continuous learning, they are eager to explore and adopt new technologies to enhance their capabilities. Work Environment:
