Installing and configuring building management systems and software to meet customer requirements Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to BMS hardware and software Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system checks Monitoring and analyzing BMS data to identify potential problems and recommend solutions to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs Collaborating with building engineers, facility managers, and other technical teams to ensure the seamless operation of building management systems Providing technical support to customers and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or onsite support Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities
